After one of our circuit boards failed overnight, it looked like we were going to be without phones for a considerable time. (Our finance director was saying we would be down for 2 days). I called Mark at DS Chiltern at 8.30 am on my way to work. They diverted one of their engineers from another job and sent him to us - complete with replacement parts. Within 2 hours we were up and running and extremely grateful.
